I'm Walid Zaidane, an illustrator and character designer focused on expressive characters, visual storytelling and illustrated worlds.
My work spans children's books, comics, character development and storyboards, with a particular interest in projects where characters carry the story through personality, emotion and visual acting.
I enjoy developing characters from early exploration through to finished artwork, while adapting the visual language to the needs of each project and audience.
I'm available for freelance illustration, character design, children's publishing, comics and visual-development projects.
Based in Morocco, working internationally.
